About TowerAnswers

TowerAnswers exists for one reason: cell tower landowners negotiate against companies that employ full-time analysts, while most landowners get one lease, one offer letter, and no way to know what either is worth. We level that field.

TowerAnswers is built and operated by GCCSS — Gunnerson Consulting and Communications Site Services, an independent firm working in the communications site industry. We work for landowners. We have no financial relationships with tower companies, carriers, or lease aggregators, and we don't broker buyouts — so the numbers you see here have no thumb on the scale.

The platform tracks your lease terms, projects your rent using real federal CPI data, and compares buyout offers against anonymous, aggregated deals reported by other landowners. Your individual lease data is never shared with your identity attached.
